Gameloft Looks to Score Big on Android…with Amazon Appstore
Famed mobile game developer Gameloft has cited Android as one area that will really help to grow and establish their business…but not through the Android Market. Reuters interviewed Gameloft’s Chief Executive, Michel Guillemot, who maintained that the Amazon Appstore will be their choice destination for delivering gaming content to the green robot masses. “The Amazon ecosystem is controlled where we don’t find too many pirated version of our games or malware games, so for the consumers, it will be a safer place to come and get applications,” he said

Update to Android Market – Refund Period Now Only 15 Minutes
Over the next couple of weeks, Google will be rolling out an update to the Android market. The most noticeable change will be a new carousel featuring certain apps that are being promoted. The most important change, however, is that the window to request a window on an app that you have paid for has been reduced to 15 minutes, instead of 24 hours.
